All Saint's Elementary School's Computer Use Policy

All Saints' Elementary School provides technology to the students to encourage life long learning through high interest forms of instruction.  The Internet is a tool that brings invaluable information to the students and teachers through computers from our global world.

Our Internet services are geared to make resources available to the students with safe and easy access.  The general guidelines are stipulated to lease us in the proper etiquette and respect of computer technology:

  1. Respect for others' privacy is of utmost importance.  No copying passwords or changing information without permission.

  2. All responses should be written in an appropriate manner.

  3. Copyright laws and licensing agreements must be respected.

  4. Only those who have administrative approval can make use of these services.

  5. Users should not access material that is unchristian or harmful to minors.  A filter system blocks inappropriate areas.

All Saint's Elementary School had the right to review and edit any use of their computers.  If anyone using the computers does not comply with this policy they will lose Internet privileges. All teachers and student who use the network must follow and obey the guidelines using the system for educational purposes.
